CAIIB — Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers — is the IIBF certification that follows JAIIB. Like JAIIB it is taken by people already working in a bank rather than by recruitment candidates, and it is examined as four separate papers. Clearing it is used to support promotion and specialist banking roles.
