Checked on 9 October 2026: We have not verified an RRB-hosted annual 2026 calendar PDF for download in this review. That does not establish that no such document exists. It means this page will not label an older calendar or an uncorroborated copy as the official 2026 calendar.
You can use the verified official PDF links below to inspect specific documents, and the current RRB website to find your recruitment's latest notice. The Technician schedule example is historical: its March 2026 dates are already past. It is included to explain how revisions work, not announce an upcoming examination.
Official download links and their exact scope
The following files were retrieved successfully as PDFs from RRB Secunderabad's government website during this review. Their titles and dates matter more than a search-result headline or the name you give the downloaded file.
| Official document | Date |
|---|---|
| Annual calendar PDF | 2 Feb 2024 |
| Technician schedule | 7 Jan 2026 |
| First revision | 16 Feb 2026 |
| Further revision | 25 Feb 2026 |
The three Technician files cover CEN 02/2025's tentative CBT schedule. The first revision modifies the 7 January notice, and the further revision modifies the 16 February notice. All three describe a historical schedule; none is an annual calendar.
These are links to existing official documents, not new KarmSakha PDFs. The annual calendar in the first row is dated 2024 and concerns the issue of Centralized Employment Notifications. Do not rename it “Railway Calendar 2026” and then treat its periods as confirmed 2026 exam dates.
Keep preparing

Start at the unified Railway Recruitment Boards website. Locate the relevant board, recruitment number and notice. The older RRB Secunderabad website also displays a notice dated 18 August 2026 about migration to the unified website, so an old bookmarked page should not be your only source for new updates.
An application link appearing in an archive does not show that applications are still open. Read the actual notification, its dates and later changes. Likewise, an examination schedule is not a vacancy notification, and a result notice is not a new application window.
This page does not claim a complete current status for every RRB recruitment. If you need a date for your own application or examination, identify the specific CEN and use the current official record for that process.
Keep four dates separate
Railway preparation becomes confusing when different events are placed into one generic “exam calendar.” Keep these fields separate in your own tracker:
- Notification issue date: when the recruitment document was issued.
- Application window: when eligible applicants can submit through the specified process.
- Exam schedule: dates or periods stated for a particular test stage.
- Candidate-specific information: the date, city or reporting instructions provided for the individual candidate through the official process.
Also record the notice's own publication date. A newer notice may change only one of the fields. Do not assume a change to the exam schedule also extends the application window or changes eligibility.
The year inside a CEN is another separate identifier. CEN 02/2025 can have a notice published in 2026 and an examination scheduled in 2026. It does not become CEN 02/2026 merely because you are reading it this year.
Worked example: a Technician schedule changed twice
The verified three-document chain concerns CEN 02/2025, Technician Grade I Signal and Technician Grade III categories. It does not concern CEN 02/2026 or all railway exams.
The 7 January 2026 notice gave a tentative CBT period of 5–9 March 2026. The 16 February notice partially modified that notice and listed 6, 9 and 10 March 2026. The 25 February notice partially modified the February notice and listed 6, 9, 10 and 13 March 2026. See the linked PDFs above for the actual documents.
In a tracker, retain the earlier rows as history and mark their schedule information as revised by the next document. Do not merge the three lists into one larger schedule, and do not keep the January range as if nothing changed.
The 25 February document is the newest of these three documents. That is a bounded statement about this example, not a claim that it is the latest notice in the entire recruitment process as of October. Later results or other notices may address different stages.
None of those rows establishes your individual candidate date. Keep that field unknown until it is provided through the relevant official candidate process. This example does not claim anyone downloaded a call letter, attended the CBT or obtained a result.
Make a tracker you can audit
Create one row per recruitment stage and keep a separate document log. You can do this in a notebook or ordinary spreadsheet; you do not need an invented download file to get started.
In the stage row, record the board, full CEN identifier, post or category, stage, current verified information, source URL, document date, date you checked it, and next action. Leave unknown details blank or explicitly marked unknown.
In the document log, record each document and whether a later notice modifies it. Add a short scope note: “exam schedule revised” is more informative than “old.” The rest of a recruitment notification may still matter even when a schedule changes.
A sample tracker entry based only on the historical example would state: “CEN 02/2025, Technician CBT; schedule revised in document dated 25 February 2026; March dates are historical; individual candidate details not established here.” It should not say “apply now” or “upcoming exam” from that evidence.
When you act on a date, save the source reference and the time you checked it. A screenshot alone can lose the URL and document context. Retain the document title and official location too, and recheck the source before relying on a time-sensitive action.
Check a claimed calendar download
Inspect the destination before treating it as authoritative. Is the file linked from a relevant official page? Does its body identify the issuing authority, document date and scope? Does the link actually return a readable PDF rather than an error or unrelated web page?
A government-looking filename or a forwarded image is not enough to establish provenance. If a copy is hosted on another domain, seek corroboration through an official link or source. Do not infer a full annual schedule from a search snippet or a partly readable scan.
Keep access problems distinct from publication facts. A timeout means the request did not succeed; it does not prove a notice was withdrawn. A successful download means you obtained that file; it does not prove its information has not been amended later.
You can print an official PDF for personal reference, but keep its title and date visible. If you make your own planning sheet, label it as your tracker and link its source documents. It should not look like a new notice issued by RRB.
Eligibility, vacancies and pay need their own evidence
An annual planning calendar should not be used as a substitute for the detailed recruitment notice. Read the post-specific qualification, age reference date, applicable rules, vacancy table and later corrections for the exact CEN you are considering.
This page does not repeat estimated vacancy totals or generic monthly take-home pay. Those figures need current, scoped evidence and may differ by post and recruitment. A pay level in a notice and a person's eventual take-home amount are different descriptions.
If a requirement is unclear, use the relevant official FAQ or contact route. Do not conclude that all technical posts accept the same qualification or that every stage has the same pattern. Preparation resources can support study, but they do not establish eligibility.
Plan preparation without inventing a deadline
Choose your target recruitment and locate its stated syllabus and selection stages. Plan study around those requirements, then revise the plan when an official schedule changes. Keep preparation tasks independent from unverified predictions about when a notification might appear.
You can set your own practice milestones while an official date is unknown. Label them as personal targets. A date you chose to complete revision is not an RRB deadline, and a mock-test score does not confirm selection or eligibility.
Keep a short review routine: check the official source, update the document log, identify what changed, and decide whether the change affects your next action. Avoid recreating a whole timetable from an unverified social-media post.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a verified annual 2026 calendar PDF on this page?
No. This review did not verify an RRB-hosted annual 2026 calendar PDF. The dated official calendar linked above is from 2024; the other downloads are specific historical Technician notices. Use the current official website to check for relevant newer documents.
Can I use the March Technician dates for a current exam?
They are past dates in a specific CEN 02/2025 example. They do not establish a current upcoming exam date or a date for another CEN.
Does a calendar confirm that applications are open?
No. Check the detailed notification's application window and later official changes for your exact recruitment. An archive link or a tentative schedule alone is insufficient.
What if two notices disagree?
Check the CEN, category, stage and dates. A later document may expressly modify an earlier one, as in the example above. If their relationship remains unclear, keep that uncertainty visible and consult the official source rather than combining incompatible information.
