These terms explain the rules for using KarmSakha products, content, accounts and checkout flows.
Content and outcomes
Courses, tests and eBooks are educational products. Selection, rank, score or employment outcomes are not guaranteed.
Official notifications, eligibility rules, dates and fees must be verified from the relevant official source before applying.
Account and access
Paid access is linked to the registered account or contact method used at checkout.
KarmSakha may restrict access in cases of abuse, payment reversal, unauthorized sharing or misuse.
YouTube API Services
KarmSakha's internal content uploader uses YouTube API Services only to manage KarmSakha-owned educational content on the authorised official channel. It is not a public or third-party channel-management service.
By authorising or using features that interact with YouTube API Services, the authorising user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Upload, metadata, caption, thumbnail, playlist and visibility actions are performed only after an authorised KarmSakha operator initiates them.
Continued use of the uploader is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
