KarmSakha provides job-discovery information and paid preparation products for Indian aspirants.
Learners must use their own account, provide accurate details and avoid sharing paid access in a way that violates product terms.

Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using KarmSakha products, content, accounts and checkout flows.
Content and outcomes
Courses, tests and eBooks are educational products. Selection, rank, score or employment outcomes are not guaranteed.
Official notifications, eligibility rules, dates and fees must be verified from the relevant official source before applying.
Account and access
Paid access is linked to the registered account or contact method used at checkout.
KarmSakha may restrict access in cases of abuse, payment reversal, unauthorized sharing or misuse.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). The amount shown on the checkout page before you pay is the full amount charged for that order; no fee or tax is added at the payment step.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. KARMSAKHA is operated by Yaman Khetan (HUF), GST registration 24AABHY6907R1ZE.
Every product page states what the product contains and how it is delivered. KarmSakha sells self-paced digital products — eBooks, mock tests and courses — not live classes.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Access normally unlocks automatically within minutes of payment verification, in your KarmSakha account.
If a successful payment has not unlocked your product, contact support with the payment reference: we restore access within 24 hours of confirming the payment with Razorpay, or start a refund review if we cannot.
We acknowledge a refund request within 48 hours. If the refund is approved, we initiate it within 7 working days of approval, to the original payment method.
After we initiate it, Razorpay and your bank usually take a further 5–7 working days to show the amount in your account.

Limitation of liability
Job and exam information on KarmSakha is provided for guidance and must be checked against the official notification. KarmSakha is not responsible for a missed deadline, an eligibility decision or an exam or selection outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, KarmSakha's total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and every purchase on KarmSakha are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — including approaching a consumer commission — the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and resolve it within one month of receipt. If we need more details to act, we will tell you what is missing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when products, law or business requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version; a purchase is governed by the terms in force when you made it.
YouTube API Services
KarmSakha's internal content uploader uses YouTube API Services only to manage KarmSakha-owned educational content on the authorised official channel. It is not a public or third-party channel-management service.
By authorising or using features that interact with YouTube API Services, the authorising user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Upload, metadata, caption, thumbnail, playlist and visibility actions are performed only after an authorised KarmSakha operator initiates them.
Continued use of the uploader is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
