Refund Policy

This policy explains when a payment issue can be reviewed and how learners can request support.

Digital product access

KarmSakha products are digital and are unlocked after payment verification. All sales are final: digital access is non-refundable once delivered.

A payment-error review can be requested when duplicate payment, failed delivery, wrong entitlement or a confirmed technical access failure prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

AI-verified source-cited packs additionally carry a confirmed-content-error commitment: if a question in such a pack is confirmed to be wrongly keyed or wrongly reproduced against its cited official source, that purchase is refunded under the pack's published confirmed-error policy.

When refund review may be limited

Refund review may be limited after a learner has accessed downloadable content, attempted paid tests or used a pass for multiple products.

Requests based only on change of mind, exam postponement or non-use after successful delivery may not qualify.

How to request review

Email [email protected] with order ID, registered email or phone, product name and payment screenshot if available.

Approved reversals are processed through the original payment method where supported by the payment partner.
