The CG Vyapam conducts examinations in multiple phases, and the evaluation process begins after all candidates have completed the examination. The board follows a systematic evaluation procedure to ensure accuracy and fairness in the result declaration.

Results are typically declared within a few weeks to months after the examination, depending on the complexity of the evaluation process. The official portal is the sole platform for publishing results, and candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates.

The scorecard contains essential information including the candidate's name, roll number, examination details, and performance metrics. It also includes the candidate's category, date of birth, and other personal details for verification purposes.

Candidates should carefully verify all information on the scorecard for accuracy. The scorecard serves as an official document for further recruitment stages and should be preserved safely.

Candidates who qualify in the examination will be called for further stages of the recruitment process, which may include document verification, physical efficiency tests, or interviews.

The specific next steps depend on the nature of the post and the recruitment rules. Qualified candidates should regularly check the official portal for updates on subsequent stages and maintain their scorecard for reference.
