1. Log in to your candidate account on coalindia.in.
2. Open the admit card link for the current stage once Coal India Ltd (CIL) activates it.
3. Verify your name, photograph, category, exam centre, date and shift on the card.
4. Print a clear copy and keep a backup — carry the photo ID the card specifies.
5. Report any discrepancy to the helpdesk named in the notification before exam day.

Coal India Ltd (CIL) generates the admit card from your application data and releases it per stage on coalindia.in — a fresh card is issued for each stage you qualify into.

Discrepancies on the card almost always trace back to the application form, which is why the correction window matters.

Expect your roll/registration number, photograph, signature, category, exam-centre address, reporting time and the list of permitted and prohibited items.
