ESIC Result — How to Check

ESIC results are published stage-wise on esic.gov.in, and each list defines who moves to the next stage of the recruitment. This page explains how the declaration works and what to do once your stage result is out.

1. Open esic.gov.in and go to the results/notice section for your recruitment.
2. Find the stage result notice for your exam and open the attached list.
3. Search the PDF for your roll/register number to confirm your status.
4. Download and save the result notice and your scorecard where provided.
5. Read the next-stage instructions in the same notice — qualification usually triggers a schedule for the following stage.

ESIC declares results phase-wise: clerical posts follow a prelims-then-mains pattern, and skill-test posts (Stenographer, UDC computer test) publish a further qualifying list. Region-wise recruitment means lists are often published per ESIC region alongside the all-India notice.

Every stage result is published as an official notice on esic.gov.in — treat portal notices as the authority and ignore unofficial lists circulating on messaging apps.

Stage lists are usually roll-number PDFs: appearing in one means you are provisionally qualified for the next stage, subject to the eligibility checks that continue through document verification.
