(II) Mechanical Foreman in Pay Matrix Level 05 with 11 years of regular service, possessing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 3 weeks Technical Training. Note 2: For existing incumbents, eligibility service is 3 years (Degree holders) or 7 years (Diploma holders).
