Kokrajhar University Registrar, Examination and Finance Officers: Six Posts

Kokrajhar University invites applications for six non-teaching leadership positions: Registrar, Academic Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Deputy Controller of Examinations, Deputy Registrar and Finance Officer, one each. The advertised term is five years for every role. Senior registrar and examination positions require a master’s degree with at least 55% marks and the relevant senior academic or administrative experience shown in the role-specific table. The Controller’s profile also makes computer and networking knowledge mandatory. Deputy roles require a master’s with 55%, nine years as Assistant Professor and five years of administrative experience as listed. The Finance Officer requires a recognized bachelor’s degree and eight years of finance and accounts experience in a university, government organization or PSU. Age ceilings on 1 January 2026 are fifty-five for senior roles and fifty for deputy and finance positions. Pay ranges differ by role and are specified in the official notice.
