The University of Kerala announced an opportunity for a Technical Assistant position on a contract basis. This role, located in the Water Testing Laboratory of the Department of Environmental Sciences, offers a consolidated remuneration of ₹20,000 per month. Candidates must hold an M.Sc Degree in Environmental Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or Chemistry from a recognized university. The age limit is below 36 years as of October 1, 2019, with usual relaxations for reserved categories. Desirable qualifications include experience in water quality analysis and handling related instruments. Interested candidates should attend a walk-in-interview on October 11, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. in the Pro-Vice-Chancellor’s Chamber, S. H. Campus, Thiruvananthapuram, reporting at 8:30 a.m. with original certificates.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc Degree (Environmental Sciences/Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry) from a recognized University. Age Limit: Below 36 years as on 01.10.2019. Usual relaxation in the upper age limit shall be allowed for SC/ST and OBC candidates. Desirable Qualification: Experience in Water quality analysis and handling of Instruments related to water quality analysis.
Candidates are directed to report at 8:30 a.m. at the Pro-Vice-Chancellor’s Chamber at Senate House Campus, University Buildings, Thiruvananthapuram with the Original Certificates to prove their age, qualification, experience, caste, and identity.
