The National Fire Research Centre (NFRC) at IIT (BHU) has released a call letter for candidates who applied for the position of Assistant Librarian (Post Code 23106) under Advertisement No. 01/2023-24 dated 30.06.2023. The written test will be conducted on Friday, 17th November 2023, with reporting time at 9:00 AM and examination commencing at 10:00 AM. Candidates must download their admit cards from https://nfrc.iitbhu.ac.in/ starting 10th November 2023 using their login credentials. The written test will consist of 50 questions (40 MCQs and 10 short answers) for 90 minutes, with negative marking. The syllabus includes Library Science, Computer Applications, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude/Reasoning. Candidates scoring at least 50% and among the top seven (with tie-breaking rules) will be shortlisted for the interview. Final merit will be based on 40% weightage for the written test and 60% for the interview. Candidates are advised to verify eligibility and regularly check www.iitbhu.ac.in for updates.
