Grant of Regular Pay Scale to Two Post Graduate Teachers in Tripura

The Directorate of Secondary Education, Tripura, has issued an order allowing the regularization of pay scales for two Post Graduate Teachers appointed initially on fixed pay basis under the Directorate of Elementary Education. The regularization is effective from the dates specified in the service records, considering their cumulative five-year service on fixed pay posts while keeping regular pay scale posts in abeyance. This decision follows Government policy and concurrence from the Finance Department vide memo dated 01.07.2025. The expenditure will be debited to the existing head of account, and fixed pay posts are deemed converted to regular pay scale posts from the effective date. The order is not applicable if the employee has resigned or been terminated, and it may be transferred if the teacher is relocated. Annexure-A lists the teachers with joining and regularization dates.
