The Indian Weightlifting Federation (IWLF) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contractual basis. The CEO will be responsible for administering and supervising key national sports schemes such as the Target Olympic Podium Scheme and Khelo India Scheme, managing stakeholder relations with organizations like Sports Authority of India and Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, and overseeing training infrastructure including NCOEs and Khelo India Accredited Centres. The candidate must hold a 2-year postgraduate degree from a recognized institution, have 5–7 years of leadership experience in management, and preferably have experience in sports administration. The position offers a remuneration of ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month, with performance-based extensions. Applications must be submitted by 15th September 2023.
