Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Project on Utilization of Protein Powders for Product Development

The National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) is inviting applications for a purely contractual position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under Project ID: N/E/FE/2023/0040 titled 'Utilization of protein powders for product development'. The position is for six months, extendable based on project needs and performance. The selected candidate will receive a monthly emolument of Rs. 37,000 plus 10% HRA. The role requires a Master’s degree with at least 60% marks in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in extrusion or plant proteins. The maximum age limit is 35 years, with a relaxation of 5 years for women, SC/ST/OBC, and differently abled candidates as per Government of India rules. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email about the interview schedule, which may be conducted online or in person. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
