The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has announced the reopening of online applications for the recruitment of 08 Assistant Professors (in various subjects) in Government Medical Colleges across Jharkhand. The positions fall under the Jharkhand Health Services and are governed by the Jharkhand Medical Education Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2018 and 2021 amendments. Eligibility requires a postgraduate MD/MS/DNB degree in the relevant subject as per National Medical Commission (NMC) norms, along with minimum teaching and residency experience. Candidates must have completed 3 years as a Junior Resident and 1 year as a Senior Resident in a recognized medical college. The online application window is open from 13-05-2025 to 02-06-2025, with the final date for fee payment on 03-06-2025 and hard copy submission by 16-06-2025. Selection will be conducted by JPSC as per prescribed guidelines.
