The Sports Authority of India (SAI), Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS), Patiala, is recruiting 3 Young Professionals (Athlete Relation Manager) on a contract basis for an initial period of 2 years, extendable by 1 year. The role involves acting as a one-stop service point for athletes, managing their proposals within SAI, and providing direct support. Eligibility requires either a graduate degree with a 6+ month diploma in Sports Management and 2 years of experience, or an MBA/2-year postgraduate diploma with 1 year of experience. Preference is given to candidates with national or international sports participation in Olympic disciplines. Shortlisting will be based on academic performance, work experience, sports sector experience, and sports participation, with final selection through interview. Candidates must submit self-attested documents online in a specified order and produce original certificates at the time of joining. The position offers a competitive salary and is open only to Indian citizens.
