Recruitment Notice for the post of Catering Manager

The Sports Authority of India, Regional Centre Guwahati, has issued a recruitment notification for the position of Catering Manager at the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NCOE), Itanagar. The position is on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two years subject to satisfactory performance. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily catering operations for resident athletes, ensuring food quality, hygiene, financial record-keeping, compliance with health and safety norms, menu planning, inventory management, and leading the catering team. The remuneration ranges between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000 per month, based on interview performance and selection board recommendation. Eligible candidates must hold a degree in any discipline with a one-year diploma in Hotel or Catering Management, or a graduate degree in Hotel/Catering Management, along with three years of relevant experience.
