The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued Supplemental Notification 14/2022 for the direct recruitment of 3 vacancies for the post of Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Ayurveda) in DR.NRS Government Ayurvedic College (GAC), under the Ayush Department. These are State-wide posts as per Government Order RT No:467 dated 14/06/2022, following a High Court directive. The recruitment is open to eligible candidates who meet the age (18–42 years as of 01.07.2021) and educational qualifications as prescribed. Candidates must apply online via the APPSC website using OTPR registration. The selection process will be based on a Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT), tentatively scheduled for November 2022, with the exam conducted in English. Hall tickets will be available for download on the official website. A mock test facility is provided for candidates to familiarize themselves with the CBT format. Existing applicants under Notification 14/2021 need not reapply. Reservation rules do not apply to two of the three single solitary posts.
