Public Private Partnership Project Expert at Municipal Corporation Chandigarh

The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh is recruiting a Public Private Partnership Project Expert for a one-year term, extendable based on performance. The position involves identifying, structuring, and managing PPP projects across key urban infrastructure sectors including solid and liquid waste management, reused water, non-revenue water (NRW), water supply, sewerage, smart parking, health, transport, and tourism. The candidate must have a Master’s in Engineering or MBA and more than 15 years of experience in handling at least five PPP projects with government organizations, ULBs, or PSUs, with at least three successfully delivered and operationalized. Key responsibilities include project development, financial analysis, risk and contract management, procurement, stakeholder engagement, policy formulation, and capacity building. The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of ₹1,50,000 per month and will be based in Chandigarh.
