The Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department (Tax Division), has notified revised market value rates for construction assessment under the Rajasthan Stamp Rules, 2004. The notification, dated November 13, 2025, specifies per square foot and per square meter rates for different construction types including RCC roof buildings, shopping malls, hotels, industrial sheds, boundary walls, and others. Special provisions are defined for skeleton structures and constructions at plinth level. The rates vary from ₹250 per sq. ft for Kucha/Mud construction to ₹2500 per sq. ft for five-star hotels. Industrial sheds are priced at ₹5000 per sq. meter. A note clarifies that constructions not listed will be assessed based on guidelines from the Inspector General of Stamps. This notification supersedes the earlier one dated March 1, 2019.
