The eSHRAM portal, launched by Shri Bhupender Yadav, Hon'ble Minister of Labour & Employment, aims to create a comprehensive National Database of Unorganized Workers (NDUW) by collecting key details such as name, occupation, address, education, skills, and family information. The database is Aadhaar-seeded and targets workers aged 16–59 in sectors like agriculture, construction, gig work, domestic work, MGNREGA, fisheries, and more. The initiative supports improved employability and ensures delivery of social security schemes to unorganized sector workers. Registration is open via https://eshram.gov.in.
