Taxman to track slipping sectors & top tax payers

On June 16, the tax authorities initiated a directive to monitor sectors showing declining tax compliance and to identify top taxpayers. Each tax zone is required to compile and submit a report to the Directorate of Tax Research and Analysis by July 31.
