About this notification
The Government of Meghalaya Law Department has issued a notification for the appointment of 6 Public Prosecutors to handle cases under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. These appointments are made under Section 30C of the MMDR Act and sub-section (3) of Section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
